'Interest' would be better here. 'Concern' would imply that they were worried about it.
2.With regard to your inquiry( or questoin??) about budget, could you be more specific?
Either
3. I assure you that I will do everything for your promotion.
Looks odd. Are you talking about a marketing promotion (that you will assist in - 'I will do all I can to assist in your promotion') or a hierarchical promotion (that you will try to secure for them - 'I will do my best to see that you are promoted')?
4.
However, should you have any interest in continuing our relationship at a later time, please do not hesitate to contace us.
Fine. I'd move the 'at a later time' to the end - and maybe say 'any': 'please do not hesitate to contact us at any time'. But yours is OK.
5.Thank you very much for your concern, kindness, favor, etc.. everything you did for me during my stay.

Thank you very much for your concern, and your many kindnesses during my stay.

Or just 'for everything you did during my stay'
Bosun - I deleted your other string, although the format was slightly different. If there were any substantial differences, please accept my apologies.
