Can i say heartful farewell party like

Thank you for your heartful farewell party you gave me last time?
Also, when you are not sure what the queston mean, what is the most common expression? can i say like

I don't know exactly what your question is. couldy you elaborate on your question? ( does it sound ok or do you have any other suggestion?

Bosun, "heartful" is not an English word. We have a word "heartfelt", which could be used here, but it is usually used for an expression or a gesture. I think "heartwarming" is a better choice.

I don't understand your question. Could you please elaborate?
