board games for early ESL

My boss and I are searching for good boardgames for (Kindergarten to Jr High) young ESL learners. We have considered things like Jr. Scrabble and Jr. Pictionary. And we already use Guess Who, and Guess Where, as well as UNO (we are not so happy with UNO

)

Can anyone suggest any other games that would be good for young students with limited reading and vocabulary?

Have you tried www.eslcity.com? It has board games for low levels.

Thanks for the link, I sent him some of my worksheets to get access but it doesnt seem he is checking his mail, or my mssg is stuck in the junk mail box

Sorry- I know of the site, but haven't used it as I don't teach young learners or lower levels.

no worries. It looks like a really good site but there's no one home and the content is locked for people who dont contribute.

So how do I contribute if he doesn't answer his mail and there's no way to sign up for the forum??!!??!:mad:
