Default bug problems?

Hello! I wonder if i can say bug problems instead of hardware problems, such as

Please rest assured that we will take care of bug problems immediately

also, can i say i will write you once I am settled, like

Thank you very much for for everything you did for me during my stay.
I will write once I am settled. Thanks and regards

Just say 'bugs'.

'I will write once I am settled. Thanks and regards' - . (Most people using BE avoid 'I will write you'.)

Except, of course, when there's a direct object: 'I will write you a letter'.
