Hi all..I'd like to say a sentence means that my wife is mine and my fingerprint solely blongs to me...and now is this sentence right?

"My wife is mine like my fingerprint."

or is there a better way to tell this feeling in English?

My wife and I have a unique relationship. She is to me like my fingerprint; personal, individual, permanent and inseparable.

I don't think many women will find a comparison to fingerprints to be very romantic.
