Red face put the stress on the ice, names of capital

A) What does it mean of :
  1. He put the stress on the ice
  2. He put me on the table
B) Is there a website with the names of capital of all major countries in the
world?

eg. Tokyo is the capital of Japan in Asia.
Paris is the capital of France in Europe.

Any grammer mistakes in the above questions

Thanks

He put me on the table could mean that he picked you up and set you down on the table. It might also mean that he put your name down on some data table. The first is difficult to understand.
