Default on my good list

I apologized to someone (a Canadian guy) to whom I think I had done something rude, and he said “No, you weren’t rude. You’re on my good list!”

What does it mean? Does it mean I’m one of the people he regards as good people?

Yes, it means he has two lists, one good and one bad. If you are on the good list then you can do no wrong. However if you are on the bad list you can do nothing that will please him.
