Default The position of "Please" in a sentence

I woul like to know where do we put the word "please" within a sentence.
eg. Do we say: Please, open the door or open the door, please?

It doesn't matter- they are both correct. Placing it at the beginning signals the request from the start, so might be more appropriate for formal use.
