I don't see Philly on line, so will try to answer.

All the versions are fine, but the meanings are slightly different:

1. I feel/am feeling much better since I moved house.
2. I feel/am feeling much better now that I have moved.

— #1 uses the moving house as a time marker; but #2 suggests that moving house caused the "feeling much better".

1. I feel/am feeling much better since I moved house.
3. I have been feeling much better since I moved house.
— #1 focuses on "feeling much better" in the present; #3, in the recent past.
