Can I write like this to my General Manager :
Dear Teacher,
Please correct the following sentences if they are incorrect.
1) Can I write like this to my General Manager : Kindly arrange to pay my sales commission before I leave for India on vacation.
(Payment to be made from the Accounts department. So, can I use "arrange to pay" in the above sentence?)
2) I need to go to India urgently to resolve some personal problems.
Thanks in advance.
Sweetie.

1. Use the causative there. Kindly arrange to have my sales commission paid before I leave for India on vacation.
2. I must go to India immediately to resolve some personal problems.
