    Exclamation doubts! plesase help me!

    Hello!!

    Please... I have some doubts......

First one: Is "identify" an intransitive verb?
Second: How can I say when the saylor wants to "win the costumer loyalty"?

    thank you...................

    Hi, Milene,
I can only answer one: to identify smb - it's transitive.
    Cheers

"Identify" is normally a transitive verb. There is an intransitive use with "with", but I suspect some would call that a phrasal verb.

Some of the French soldiers indentified with the poor prior to the revolution.

Your second question probably involves a "salesman" instead of a "sailor".

To "win/earn" customer loyalty is to provide service that makes a customer want to buy from that salesman again.
