hi,
i've to write a formal letter to an organisation where i was selected as a customer care executive recently telling them that i'd not be joing them anymore. This is because it is not possible for me to leave the current position i'm holding with another company immediately.
Plz advise
Write the letter and post it and people will make suggestions. Be brief, clear and polite- tell them you are joining, apologise, give your reasons and try to close the letter in a reconciliatory way.
