should i use passive voice here -
1) Main problems selected to focus on:
or
2) Main problems selected to be focused on:
which is correct?

Well, sentence 1) means that main problems have been selected in order to focus on the following list of items; sentence 2) means that someone (who is unnamed) must focus on the following list of problems.

erm..sorry.. but what's the differences between the two sentences??

i understand your explanation in sentence 2, but i am not so sure about sentence 1.

may you or someone else please further explain it to me?
