I'd like to know if this sentence is an imperative one or a declarative one.
'Make yourself at home.'

The illocutionary act is a command. The illocutionary point is an attempt to get someone to do something, which in this case could be something like wanting a person to sit down:

Mike: (opens his front door and invites John into the house) "Make yourself at home"
John: (sits down on the sofa) "Thanks"
