| I know adverbs modify verbs and adjectives modify nouns. I want to know if this is correct? We can look at the same thing view it differently from one another. We can look at the same thing and view it totally different from one another. |

| Adverbs also modify other adverbs, so it should be 'totally differently'. |

| I think you mean to say: Two people can look at the same thing and view it totally differently.~R |
