Presentation skills!

Sir!
I would like to have your help in coonection my back drops in communication & presentations. The main thing is that my communication is going slowly and awkwardly.Besides that I donot able to memorise the right according to the context.Hence it made me feel afraid to communicate with others.
The second thing is Please! Tell me how to present a technical papers or research papers because of these are far important in my engineering education.
Please give the suggestions about my drawbacks.
