What does the adjective " complete with " mean ?

Often things like electronic goods are sold complete with batteries, etc. It means that they come with everything required to make them work, so the idea is to include all that is required.

Thank you !! maybe I should have said that this word complete with was used when greeting me in an email it was written :

Hi Sandra ( complete with hand shake ),

I guess it was not an adjective? I really didn´t understand the meaning of complete with in the greeting. The hand shake is how this person greets me because I am partly italian and italians shake their hands a lot.

I have no clue about why it was written ( complete with hand shake )

I assume it means that he/she would have shaken your hand as part of the greeting, were it possible to do that.
