Default What is the difference between these two idioms?

What is the difference between:

What goes around comes around and What comes out of you will return to you

What goes around comes around means if you act badly or treat someone unfairly you will eventually be treated the same way.

What comes out of you will return to you ~ I haven't heard before, but there is a cliche As ye sow so shall ye reap which suggests the same.
