Question difference between web bug and instant access

Hi what is the difference between web bug and instant access?
is instant access is when someone invade other people´s computer and read their message without authorization ? is that it?

The sentence " one of the drawbacks of the eletronic age is instant access"


what is web bug?

A 'bug' is a problem with a computer or program, so a web bug would be a problem with the web. 'Instant access' just means that you can get whatever it is you are trying to acess without delay; it does not imply breaking into people's machines.
