What's the differerences between "at/in the corner "
"at/in the end"?:-D
in the end=finally. We use in the end when we say what the final result of a situation was. For instance:
We had a lot of problems with our car. We sold it in the end. (=finally we sold it)
at the end (of something)= at the time when something ends. For instance:
at the end of the month
at the end of the film
at the end of January
Hi,
In the corner = inside it.
Let's stand in a quiet corner and talk about it.
At the corner =outside.
Let's meet at the corner of the street. (AE -on the corner).
Cheers
