question about ending this sentence

ok so i was at my computer working and one of the guys ( attorney) had written some letter or something and had this question

His sentence had some thing to do with a corporation

dont know exact wording but heres the example

Example: blah blah and blah, has the blah blah the So and So Corp.. henry was riding his bike to there

Where corp has ended the sentence and then a new one began, do u add use one or two periods since corp is abbreviated.

One period. Same with Inc. and Co.

thats what a few people told him and i said to avoid it just spell out corporation.
