Here are my thoughts:
At the [delete] our Botanical Gardens recently [insert comma] I overheard a conversation between a Malay coconut seller and an American tourist.
The Malay boy [insert comma] wielding a razor sharp [razor-sharp] parang [insert comma] asked the lady if she wanted to taste coconut water by saying "You cut fruit and drink?''
"No."[change full stop to comma] replied the lady [insert comma] shaking her head. "How can I possibly do it [do that]. I have no skills like you."[change full stop to comma] she added.
"You cut cut! "replied the Malay boy [insert comma] insisting that she gave [insert "it"] a try [insert comma] being new
to the country.
"No No No!" replied the tourist [insert comma] nodding [shaking her head] her head again.
"No No No I cut you" said the boy emphatically [insert comma] wanting to help her cut the coconut.
She misunderstood and ran for her life.
Others may disagree, though!
