Hi Richard this shows you are not interested in soccer, right?

1. In-bound:travelling towards a place rather than leaving it:
In-bound flights/passengers
The opposite is out-bound

2. inbounds (sport) inside the football pitch:
The ball was still inbounds

yes, but inbounds without the word lines is possible too.
