Default Are these sentences gramatically correct?

Please, tell me, are these sentences gramatically correct?
Having conducted experiments, we have obtained new data about geographical species composition, number of species, ecology and harmfulness of Virus-vector Longidoridae and Trichodoridae, other very harmful nematodes (Genus Globodera, Heteroderidae, etc) and viruses in different ecosystems of Russia.
Having used a computer, we have created the Mathematic model that make possible to model and forecast spreading of virus epiphytotics by nematode-vector ways.
Having conducted experiments, We fond out that there exist significant difference between epiphytotics process by nematode-vector ways and Gregory model.
This theoretical study will be contribute to the right definition of strategies of localization and liquidation of outbreaks of pathogenesis in practices.
In Taldom station of the Parasitological Research institute in 2006 mathematical model of geographical spreading of Globodera was created.Trichodoridae and their associated viruses, we do that to create mathematical models of epiphytotics under the different environmental conditions.
We have obtained preliminary data about species composition of virus-vector nematodes and associated with them viruses under conditions of station in Taldom area and total infestation of test- plants by cysts of Potato Nematodes.
We have established principles of formation of infection center of Globodera and we could see different degree of infection in field-plot tests.
The species composition in the center of infection was in 2-3 higher than in field-plot tests with nematode-resistance Fantasy variety.

No problems.

Having used a computer, we have created the mathematic model that makes it possible to model and forecast spreading of virus epiphytotics by nematode-vector ways.

Having conducted experiments, we found out that there exist significant difference between epiphytotics process by nematode-vector ways and the Gregory model.

Either “exists significant difference” or “exist significant differences”

This theoretical study will be contribute to the right definition of strategies of localization and liquidation of outbreaks of pathogenesis in practices.

“will be contributing” or “will contribute”
Too many “ofs” – try and rephrase to avoid this

In the Taldom station of the Parasitological Research Institute in 2006, a mathematical model of the geographical spreading of Globodera was created. Trichodoridae and their associated viruses, we do that to create mathematical models of epiphytotics under the different environmental conditions.

Sorry, cannot quite follow what you are saying here. Are “Trichodoridae and their associated viruses” to do with Globodera? Or is this a new topic?

We have obtained preliminary data about species composition of virus-vector nematodes and associated with them viruses under conditions of station in Taldom area and total infestation of test- plants by cysts of Potato Nematodes.

Are you saying that an experiment was conducted at Taldom into the infestation of test-plants? Also – the underlined phrase – is this saying “viruses connected to the virus-vector nematodes”?

We have established the principles of formation of infection center of Globodera and we could see different degree of infection in field-plot tests.

… of the means by which Globodera infected the test-plants …

The species composition in the center of infection was in 2-3 higher than in field-plot tests with nematode-resistance Fantasy variety.

2-3 what?
