Default qualities vs qualifications

I am now applying for a job online and it requires me to write down my qualities not qualification. I have some ideas about the differences between them but not 100% sure if it is right or not.

Qualities: My soft skills such as leadership, teamwork and etc.
Qualifications: My hard skills such computer knowledge

Am I right? I believe qualities also include my quantitative skill/analytical skill/problem-solving skill, right?

Yes, you're right about qualities, but qualifications be the certificates, exmas, etc you have passed.
