    "Have got" is in the form of the present perfect, but it really isn't present perfect. Present perfect indicates an action that was completed in the past but is still relevant in the present. This is more of an idiom, which follows its own rules. One can easily substitute the present tense verb "have" for the same meaning. "Next week" indeed refers to the future.
