Question difference in meaning between two sentences

Is there any difference in meaning if I change the position of the words :

Please give our love to your family / Please give your family our love

as i know,they are the same meaning
but "give our love to your family" emphasizes "our love"
the succedent sentence emphasizes " your family"
Am I correct?

do you mean that if the succedent sentence emphasizes "your family" it excluded the reader ? it is just for the readerīs family?
and when it emphasizes " our love " it means that the speaker is referring to himself and the reader ? the speaker and the readerīs love to the readerīs family ?
