I am over the moon, I am thrilled
Does I am over the moon mean I am glad, I am excited.....?

- I am over the moon to learn that you will attend my wedding ceremony.
- I am thrilled to learn that you will attend my wedding ceremony
Are the above sentences good? If not, how could I make it better as I intend to make sentences with I am over the moon and I am thrilled?

Re: I am over the moon, I am thrilled
Yes, it does. The sentences are fine, but I would probably use 'hear' instead of 'learn'.
