Question Make clothes

Hi,

'Not many people go to tailors because most people don't make clothes these days, they buy ready clothes'

Is this sentence correct and how can I correct it?

Thanks a lot

People who made clothes didn't go to tailors either.

Try this:

Not many people go to tailors these days. They don't have their clothes made; they buy ready-made clothes in shops.
