I would have appreciated it very much if someone at your knowledge factory were to do my homework for me. It is very important for me to possess this knowledge, but apparently not important enough for me to try to acquire it on my own. Therefore, because of your total lack of attention, I will attempt to write my own formal complaint letter, submit it to your knowledge factory, and hope that you will then be more amenable to helping me.
