i often see, first come first serve basis... I think it should be first come first served basis...i'm not really sure. Oh wait, should it be hyphenated?coz i see hyphenated too.

Yes, it should be served. That's one of my many grammar pet peeves. And it's more properly a comma after "first come," not a hyphen.
