could you please help me? When talking of telecommunication services (such as Internet), which expression is correct in the following text:

The provider shall be obliged to start rectification/elimination/remedy/correction/removal of the failure immediately after its reporting.

The provider is responsible for rectifying failures in the system immediately they are reported.

If it is the provider who is making the statement it might be better to say;

The provider undertakes to rectify any reported failures immediately.
