hi,

could you please tell me if the sentences i am writting
is correct or not

" after checking the mater with the supplier they advised that -----

or do i have to say after checked the matter with the
supplier who advised that

After checking the matter with the supplier, they advised that …

Note:
(a) the correct spelling of “matter”
(b) it is advisable to put a comma after “the supplier”
