Hanka | That depends on the meaning. If "on this day" refers to when the services will be delivered, this is the only position. However, if "on this day" refers to the date of the contract, it can't be in this position. It could be:
On this day, the contractual parties X and Y enter into the following contract to provide services.
The contractual parties X and Y, on this day, enter into the following contract to provide services.
The contractual parties X and Y enter, on this day, into the following contract to provide services. |
