| Hi, Ju, Vocal means very active, loud. If there's a discussion and some group is in the minority but expresses their ideas emphatically - give numerous interviews in the media etc - they are vocal. Cheers |

| "Small, but vocal" describes a group that has few members but is very active and noisy. Sometimes the "noise" creates the impression that the group is bigger than it actually is. |
