Asking for a help

Dear lecturer,
My writting should not misslead you. I am french native speaker, and I don't know how to improve my level in english. of course, I read much, do practice, But I am not able to be concentrate when I am in front of an exam text.
I feel much confuse, Don't know how to organise my ideas, I have a litte acknowledge in english, but i know I can got more.
I have also pronunciation problem, phonetic .
