Default you are having a problem not judging

Hello!
what does it mean by " Don't start criticizing yourself because you're having a problem not judging."? ( especailly the red part?)

Also, is it possible for you to paraphrase the following sentence?

we have found that it is possible to increase creativity by 400% in less than an hour. But it only persists in those that practice holding off judgement regularly. ( what does " it" indicate here? and " those" indicate people?)

I would appreciate any help you provide.

Maybe it should be 'Don't start criticising yourself as you will have a problem being non-judgmental. (there's no 'red part')

'it' means the increase in productivity

'those' means the people involved in the practise of holding off judgment
