Could you tell me the importance of analysing text in translation process? How many steps should I follow in analysing a text?
Understanding the context is essential. But I couldn't put a number on it. Suppose I said '187'. Would that be a better answer than '5'? If there's a magic formula, I'd like to know it; but the only advice I can give doesn't involve numbers.
