what is the diference between these pronouns?

it is the way that you use them. for example:

She is very beautiful.

Her computer is good.

as you can see, "she" is usually used with "is" and "her" usually means that that is something that belongs to someone

Her is A possessive .

"Her" is the objective (object) form of the pronoun and the possessive adjective form. "Hers" is the possessive pronoun form.

She will be joining us. (subject)

Give the book to her. (prepositional object)

Gibe her the book. (indirect object)

I saw her in the park. (direct object)

That purse is hers. (possessive pronoun)
