get to me
A. My parents treat my older brother like a baby ‘cause he’s the oldest. And this probably sounds dump but it’s all starting to get to me.
- What does “start to get to me” mean in this situation?
B. The child will go to school and tell his Teachers that his Dad beat him. He has even called DHR to try to get his Dad put in jail.
- What does “DHR” mean?
Thanks a million
Re: get to me
"Get to me" means "bother me", "annoy me", "upset me".
