hi Thucdang...i'm axra and i'm from Malaysia..I myself is no better...but was told that there is no short cut in learning english..you have to use it every day...may be we can join english course but w/o practice we go nowhere...
btw, i'm new here n hoping to learn while i'm in here...

You can learn English fast if you have a great wish for it and you shouldn't be lazy. Laziness is the enemy of learning English. You can start today. Maybe you have already started. Read a dictionary, watch English films and study hard and try to speak English at least half an hour a day. Don't be afraid of making mistakes. Wish you luck!

i think, reading dictionary is not good idea than conversation....beacause if you spoke and use english in your everyday life that will be better than to reading english books or dictionary, from them you just learn or know the words but you will never no how to use, till you don't practice them. but i am agreed with you in case of mistakes (don't be afraid of making mistakes)

Find books on tape - make sure they are unabridged - and listen to them while reading the same book. You can practice saying words/sentences and hear the correct way of saying thenm.
