Not quite. 'Good will' = positive feelings towards someone or something.

He seems quite friendly. As long as we continue to do what what we've done before, we should keep his good will.

The present days are sometimes called 'the season of good will' - feeling positive/friendly towards other people.

Here's an example:

You're having dinner at a restaurant that you've been to several times before. Only this time the service is very slow and the food is cold. You mention this to the manager, and he tells you that there will be no charge for your meal, it is "on the house."
