You have recentliy flown to New York on a business trip. You chose to fly with Vair, However, everything did not go smoothly:
They gave away your confirmed Business class seat and you had to sit in Economy.
Your prearranged vegetarian meal was not boarded and you were served beef.
The flight attendants were ALL rude to you,
the airline made you check in your hand baggage which contained the materials you needed for your presentation in New York and then lost it for TWO days, causing you not to have what you needed.
