Hello. Would who or whom be correct in the following sentences and why? Thanks. 1. I do not know (who, whom) to believe. 2. The children, all of (who,whom) I know well, are coming to my house.

It would be "whom" in both cases. Use "whom" when the peonoun would be in the objective case. In the first case, "whom" is the direct object of the infinitive "to believe". In the second case, "whom" is the object of the preposition "of".
