He talk with you.
Which sentence is more correct.

However, 'talk with' is also widely used.

I know! I prefer to say "To talk to" and " to have a talk with" though in AE "to talk with" is widely used.

1 [C] a conversation between two people, often about a particular subject:
I asked him to have a talk with his mother about his plan.

2 [C] when someone speaks to a group of people about a particular subject:
He gave a talk about/on his visit to America.

3 She talks to her mother on the phone every week.

Hi

Both sentences are correct but the meaning is slightly different.

He talks to you .[ he tells you smth- he communicates you smth]
He talks with you [ both parts are equally involved]

He talks to the students , telling them that they should do their assignments properly.
He talks with the students about the new unit they are going to study.
