i made a bracelet and it turned out a diaster

which one is correct?

my skills are not very good
my skill is not veyr good

i don't have much skill
i don't have many skills

To make a bracelet probably requires a single overall skill, in grammatical terms, so I would use the singular here: My skill is not very good / I don't have much skill [in bracelet-making].

In other, more complex situations, the plural would be better: My essay-writing skills are excellent: grammar, composition, style, etc.
