Two sentences
1. "Some people seem to be difficult to convince that this thing really matters."
2. "The most important is that one can easily see that one not necessarily has to have all of this to obtain such an amazing result."
Are these two sentences correct?

These sentences can be grammatically correct but they sound rather strange to my ear.

Take it from a native speaker: "They seem to be difficult to convince" really is correct; and "They seem to be difficult to be convinced" really is incorrect.
