A mathematical system which is similar to a real situation, so that when we solve problems to do with the model system, we can apply the answers to the real situation.

We learn about modeling in Artifical Intelligence and it's different fields like Expert Systems , Fuzzy Logic ,Natural Language,Neural Networks,Robotics. Modeling is very important nowadays. :) :D
