Question expression?

please tell me how do you call a sincere person that can talk about anything without being shy? something like open minded and extroverted.

Extroverted is fine; you could also describe him as "very outgoing."

Yes, or 'honest and outspoken' which then includes the 'sincere' bit

...and you could throw in 'approachable', to cover the 'can talk about anything'. But I agree - the best all-round word is 'extroverted'.
