Red face Ways to reply

1) On the 'my post' page after reading all the replies of my threads.
if I want to reply, what are the differences among on clicking:
  • 'post reply' (on LHS bottom),
  • 'Quote' (on RHS bottom),
  • 'Quick reply' (on RHS bottom) to the message?
2) Which one should I click to have my reply directly to the sender of the
previous message, while to all at the same time? (sender + to all)

3) Which one should I click to have my reply directly to the sender of the
previous message ONLY (not to other)? (sender only)

Thanks.
